Responsibilities
Facilitate client workshops and meetings to gather, document, and analyze business needs
Evaluate current-state and future-state procedures, controls, and functional specifications to identify system gaps
Translate business needs into clear documentation for application and technology architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues while ensuring a seamless user experience
Propose enhancements to improve business processes, reports, and application functionality
Conduct market and client research, including industry analysis and competitive assessments
Deliver high-quality consulting deliverables including presentations, reports, and proposals
Contribute to reusable consulting methodologies, templates, and business cases
Assist with scripting and project planning tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consulting environment
Hands-on experience with Allegro ETRM system — including implementation, configuration, and customization
Familiarity with project lifecycles, from strategy through go-live
Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping and requirements gathering
Experience leading user testing, training, and post-implementation support
Proven ability to produce compelling proposals and execute complex project plans
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Preferred
Background in energy, power, or financial services industries is a plus
