Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and cultivate potential sales leads within the child care market
Utilize a variety of tools, including cold calls, emails, and social media to reach decision-makers and influencers
Maintain a high volume of outreach to prospective customers – average 100 outbound calls per week
Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our early childhood solutions to prospective clients
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the overall landscape of the child care market
Provide feedback to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to ensure our solutions continue to meet the changing needs of the market
Work closely with Marketing, Professional Development, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Contribute to team meetings, sharing best practices, challenges, and insights
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, sales processes, and sales forecasting
Provide regular sales activity reports to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably in sales or early childhood education
Strong phone presence and experience in high-volume outbound calling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with video conferencing and video recording
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets in a remote work environment
Understanding of early childhood education or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
