Responsibilities

Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to expand market share, improve profitability, and support sustainable growth

Oversee operating and capital budgets, financial performance, and reporting to the board

Lead day-to-day clinic operations, optimize clinical and administrative workflows, and leverage healthcare technology and EHR systems

Ensure compliance with federal, Wisconsin state, and accreditation requirements (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA); lead successful regulatory surveys

Lead and develop a workforce of ~130 employees, driving engagement, retention, and leadership development

Serve as primary liaison between physician owners, staff, board members, and the community
