Kyivstar is seeking an Investor Relations Communications Manager to lead the investor relations communications as the company is listed at Nasdaq, US stock market. This position will be instrumental in shaping how Kyivstar communicates with investors, analysts, and financial media.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute investor relations communication strategies for international markets in close cooperation with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications teams

Lead all communications related to Kyivstar's Nasdaq listing process and ongoing public company requirements

Create and maintain consistent messaging frameworks that align with corporate strategy and market positioning

Manage crisis communications and sensitive investor-related issues with discretion and professionalism

Write, edit and coordinate the press releases, other communications

Coordinate timely content-filling for the IR-dedicated website of Kyivstar (in English and Ukrainian)

Ensure all investor communications comply with SEC regulations and disclosure requirements

Serve as primary communications liaison with VEON Investor Relations and Corporate Communications headquarters for the investor relations communications

Coordinate closely with US-based IR&PR agency to ensure consistent messaging

Build and maintain relationships with financial journalists and industry influencers

Manage relationships with Ukrainian and international financial media

Event management

Monitor media coverage and market sentiment

Prepare regular reports on media coverage, analyst opinions, and market perception

Maintain awareness of regulatory changes affecting investor communications

Required

Master's degree in communications, International Relations, Business, Journalism, or related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PR

Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural communication

Native Ukrainian, fluent English

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills

Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environment
