Director/ExecutiveW Talent is partnering with a financial services organization on a high-profile MDM modernization program. They are seeking an experienced data leader to lead a large-scale MDM modernization and cloud migration program, ensuring strong data governance and delivering real commercial value.

Responsibilities
Lead a large-scale MDM modernisation and cloud migration programme from strategy through execution
Own the target-state MDM roadmap, covering ingestion, mastering, data quality, and business consumption
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure MDM delivers real commercial value
Oversee a mixed team of internal resources and vendors, setting culture, governance, and delivery standards
Ensure strong data governance, quality, and compliance across critical consumer data assets
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership of enterprise MDM programmes, ideally including Informatica MDM
Experience migrating complex on-prem data platforms to cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
Strong understanding of mastering logic, match/merge, data quality, and downstream consumption
Background in financial services, insurance, or similarly complex B2B environments
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead highly visible transformation initiative
