Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for MuleSoft integrations, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve root causes of issues
Manage integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
Lead initiatives to monitor and improve system reliability, focusing on user experience and availability
Respond to major incidents quickly to avoid financial losses and participate in root cause analysis
Assist with deployments and oversee the move-over process to ensure minimal disruption

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
7-10 years of experience with MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services
Proficient in REST APIs, SSO, LDAP, and integration with platforms like Salesforce
Experience using Dynatrace and Splunk for system health monitoring and incident analysis
Familiarity with Python for automation and support tasks
Experience in Retail Ecommerce integration environments

Preferred

Experience in leading initiatives to improve system reliability and performance
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex integration issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with developers and end-users
