Responsibilities

Lead a small development team focused on building and maintaining manufacturing and project management systems

Design and develop software solutions that optimize production workflows, inventory tracking, and project coordination

Write robust, scalable code in C# and manage database architecture in Microsoft SQL Server

Build intuitive front-end interfaces using Vue.js (or similar JavaScript framework) for dashboards and operational tools

Collaborate with operations, production, and management teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions

Mentor team members, establish coding standards, and drive best practices in software development

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience developing business applications, ideally in manufacturing, ERP, or project management environments

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and related methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
