Perform administrative tasks related to customer support as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Strong computer proficiency with CRM and order management systems a plus
