Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment to move and store materials safely

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris, contributing to a safe and productive work environment

Use computerized inventory systems to track materials and manage inventory efficiently

Help with regular physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy

Work closely with team members across departments

Assist in other areas of the warehouse to support the overall success of the team

Be flexible and available for overtime as needed to meet production goals

Required

Must have prior forklift experience and be able to safely operate warehouse equipment

You must pass a DMS forklift training program to become a qualified operator on all warehouse equipment

A valid Virginia driver's license and a clean driving record are required

You should be well-organized with strong attention to detail, capable of prioritizing your workload, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The job requires basic computer skills, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of heavier items

Frequent bending, twisting, and pulling are part of the role

Being flexible with your work schedule is important, as some overtime may be required
