Responsibilities
You will triage incoming bugs, analyze logs, reproduce issues and help determine the correct resolvers, the priority of problems, while identifying emerging trends across the reported issues
You will design, develop and automate triaging of incoming bugs
You will drive quality and champion bug fixes by working closely with the development team and participating in root cause analysis
Qualification
Required
One year of experience diagnosing and triaging software issues
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; 2 years of relevant professional experience may substitute for the educational requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience working with Git or other source control systems
Excellent programming skills in Python, Javascript or other languages
Preferred
Experience in Swift or Objective-C or C/C++
Experience in building and deploying tools
Understanding of ML/AI concepts and data analytics
Web browser experience
