Mid, Senior LevelPlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a Master Planner - Planning SME to provide planning and scheduling support for multiple mission requirements. The role involves developing and maintaining components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule and advising the Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development
Advise the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost
Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs
Develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Interact across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production
Prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required
Qualification
Required
This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance or equivalent
Experience with Critical Path
Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
Must have experience with Proposal development
Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required
Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience
Preferred
Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
