Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Syteline/CSI Financial Consultant to join their growing Professional Services team. In this client-facing role, you will lead the implementation of financial modules and work closely with clients to optimize their financial processes through technology.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Syteline/CSI financial modules for mid-sized to enterprise clients
Analyze client financial processes and provide strategic guidance on configuration and best practices
Perform requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation
Configure Syteline/CSI financial applications to meet customer-specific needs
Train end-users on financial functionality and best practices within Syteline/CSI
Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Contribute to internal knowledge base and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
Assist in pre-sales efforts, such as scoping, estimating, and demonstrating financial capabilities

Required

Hands-on experience with Syteline/CSI financial modules (ideally CSI or latest versions)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.)
Proven experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide clients through complex processes
Comfortable managing client relationships and delivering solutions independently
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries is a strong plus
