They are currently looking for a professional, motivated Strategic Accounts Credit Analyst to support their growth, maintain a portfolio of accounts, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Maintain your own Portfolio of accounts across our multiple divisions
Build strong customer relationships and contact them regularly to follow-up on needs of their account, any past due balances, to process payments, and resolve any discrepancies
Perform credit reviews on accounts to make decisions to release orders, manage risk, and make account credit recommendations
Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to grow business opportunities and ensure an exceptional Customer experience
Participate in special projects and additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and a passion to treat our customers with courtesy, empathy, and respect
2 years of Account Management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
