ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – EXISTING ACCOUNTS & EXPANSION
ParcelShield Holdings, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers. The role focuses on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by helping customers adopt new products and unlock additional value from the SaaS platform.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a book of existing customer accounts
Drive renewals and expansion through consultative selling
Demo new SaaS products and features
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Customer Success
Qualification
Required
3–8+ years in B2B SaaS or a similar tech-enabled role
Experience managing renewals and account growth
Ability to demo complex software and communicate with senior stakeholders
Self-starter comfortable working remotely
Preferred
Logistics, healthcare, or supply chain exposure
Analytics or workflow-based SaaS experience
Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus—not a requirement
