Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite technical lead, interfacing clients on both technical and functional matters
Provide solution architecture and suggest technical approaches aligned with business needs
Lead and mentor offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards
Coordinate with offshore teams for development, deployment, and issue resolution
Own and manage the CI/CD pipeline and release management processes
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices
Prepare and present technical documentation and status reports to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
11–15 Years of experience
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong technical and leadership experience
Willing to work off hours with offshore team
Strong hands-on expertise across modern technologies
Excellent communication skills
Ability to guide both technical and functional aspects of the project
Experience in client-facing roles with both technical and functional responsibilities
Proven ability to lead and guide offshore teams
Backend: Java, Spring Boot
Frontend: Angular, Node.js
Messaging & Streaming: Apache Kafka, flink
Cloud: Azure Cloud Services, Azure Communication Services, Azure Kubernetes Services
DevOps & Infrastructure: DevOps practices, Terraform scripts, Docker, CI/CD pipeline development
