Responsibilities
Source, review, and seed unstructured public sector finance datasets for AI model development
Analyze ambiguous financial data and provide relevant context to enhance AI learning
Collaborate with AI teams to improve partial models by supplying finance-adjacent insights and structured inputs
Create clear documentation outlining data seeding, normalization, and structuring processes
Support iterative workflows where AI models reconstruct, normalize, or extend partially structured data
Participate in feedback cycles with technical teams to optimize AI model performance from public sector finance data
Promote best practices for handling broad, unstructured data inputs in evolving, ambiguous project environments
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of public sector finance or closely related domains
Experience working with messy, incomplete, or ambiguous datasets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
Comfortable collaborating remotely with technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with spreadsheets, financial models, and real-world financial artifacts
Adaptable mindset for iterative workflows and structure-later approaches
Self-motivated, organized, and able to respond effectively in fast-changing projects
Preferred
Prior involvement in AI training, data annotation, or data science projects in finance
Experience in public sector accounting, financial operations, or regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with iterative, data-driven process improvement
