Responsibilities

Lead and execute software implementation tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Assist Project Managers in organizing, prioritizing, and managing project plans
Guide other consultants and share best practices to elevate team performance
Coordinate all project phases with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of implementation workstreams
Develop and maintain solid working relationships across management levels
Own project estimates, timelines, and resourcing plans
Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to internal documentation and standards
Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, or industry events
Support the development of consulting methodologies and scalable practices

Required

Proven ability to meet utilization targets and manage deliverables to schedule
Experience with Epicor ERP implementations
Experience with Epicor Kinetic
Strong project management expertise combined with a solid technical background
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including remote presentation capabilities
Self-starter attitude with a customer-centric, outcome-driven approach
Deep experience across multiple software modules and implementation lifecycles
Willingness to travel 25-40%

Preferred

Industry experience across various verticals is highly valued
