Responsibilities
Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of Partner Relationship Executives and Channel Partner Managers
Define and own the partner organization’s strategy, aligned with company revenue and growth objectives
Establish, track, and enforce KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics across strategic and channel partnerships
Drive accountability through regular performance reviews, forecasting, and internal business reviews
Create structured operating rhythms including quarterly planning, pipeline reviews, partner health assessments, and goal setting
Identify performance gaps and develop action plans to improve results across partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
Provide senior leadership with ongoing visibility into partner performance, trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Provide executive oversight of enterprise technology partnerships across CRM, ERP, HCM, ITSM, Cloud, Data Management, and AI platforms
Set engagement standards, success metrics, and expectations for how the team manages strategic partners
Serve as an escalation point for high-level partner issues, negotiations, and strategic alignment
Ensure partner tiers, certifications, and program compliance requirements are met through proper planning and internal enablement
Guide alignment between partner capabilities and Chetu’s service offerings to support scalable delivery and revenue growth
Define and oversee Chetu’s channel partnership strategy, focusing on referral-based and complementary services partnerships
Establish standardized partnership models, including referral frameworks, revenue-sharing structures, and co-delivery approaches
Ensure consistent lead qualification, referral tracking, attribution, and deal registration processes in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Hold the team accountable for building and sustaining a scalable, predictable referral pipeline
Act as an executive escalation point for key channel partners while delegating day-to-day partner management
Own the strategic framework for partner-led and partner-influenced go-to-market initiatives
Ensure strong alignment between Partner, Sales, and Marketing teams around pipeline development and revenue execution
Oversee partner involvement in joint account planning and sales cycle execution
Track and analyze partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance to inform decision-making and course corrections
Drive continuous optimization of partner GTM models based on results and performance data
Collaborate with Operations and Delivery leadership to align partner initiatives with implementation and managed services capabilities
Ensure internal teams meet certification, training, and capability requirements needed to support partner offerings
Identify operational gaps that may impact partner success and work cross-functionally to resolve them
Support service expansion and capability planning based on partner and market demand
Oversee joint marketing initiatives with partners, including webinars, events, campaigns, and content, with a focus on ROI and pipeline impact
Leverage partner marketing programs and co-branded assets to support demand generation goals
Define, track, and report on KPIs including partner engagement, referrals, pipeline contribution, revenue, conversion, and overall ROI
Conduct regular partner business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Provide executive-level insights, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership
Represent Chetu at partner conferences, summits, and industry events as a senior brand representative
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in people leadership, team management, or revenue-adjacent management roles, within IT services, technology, SaaS, or professional services organizations
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, with direct accountability for performance, KPIs, or revenue-related outcomes
Strong background in management, strategy execution, and operational leadership, with the ability to translate goals into measurable results
Experience owning KPIs, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to partnership and ecosystem-driven business models
Strong analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or comparable tools) for reporting and performance management
Self-starter capable of leading in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Willingness to travel up to 35–50% for partner meetings, conferences, and events
Preferred
Working knowledge of partner ecosystems, alliances, or channel models
Technology or SaaS industry experience
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
