Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships; secure new business and expand existing accounts

Identify and qualify prospective agents through research, referrals, and industry sources

Develop and execute a strategic call plan for assigned territory, including outreach and appointments

Maintain visibility in the market by attending industry events and participating in professional organizations

Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, adapting content as needed

Assess client needs and implement tailored solutions to meet objectives

Communicate proactively and respond promptly to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service excellence

Required

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

3–5 years of successful experience in title or real estate industry

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions

Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape

Persistent, results-driven, and committed to delivering a positive company image
