Manage pre‑litigation case files: Track deadlines, maintain organized records, and ensure all documents are complete and up to date

Communicate with clients: Provide regular updates, gather information, and help clients feel supported throughout their case

Draft and prepare legal documents: Demand letters, medical summaries, correspondence, and settlement packages

Request and review medical records: Organize treatment timelines and identify missing documentation

Coordinate with insurance adjusters: Submit demands, follow up on negotiations, and assist attorneys with settlement strategy

Support attorneys: Prepare case summaries, organize evidence, and assist with case evaluations

Additional tasks that may be requested by the attorneys and/or administration
