Construction

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service
Project Execution: Manage the mitigation jobs from initial inspection to final equipment pickup
Perform Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly
Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses

Home services experienceIICRC WRT/ASD certificationsRestoration experienceConstruction experienceWillingness to learnCustomer service skillsWork ethicPositive attitude

Required

Experience in home services (maintenance, remodeling, HVAC, painting, etc.)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role

Preferred

Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field
IICRC WRT/ASD certifications
