Senior LeveliSpace, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a Mainframe Systems SME and assist the Project Manager on various Parts Applications projects for an automotive client. The role involves analyzing business requirements, managing units of work, and providing architectural solutions.

Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and create as well as manage the completion of units of work completed by themself and other team members
Gather requirements, functional and detailed analysis/design, testing (unit, integration, system, user acceptance), implementation, documentation, warranty
Define architectural solutions to meet application requirements
Provide status to Project Manager/Lead, as needed
Analysis/Design roughly 30-40%
Development (code, unit test, int test, system test, UAT, Implement, Warranty) roughly 30-40%
Architectural solutions roughly 20-40%
Qualification
Required
Must have strong proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, IMS, VSAM, DB2, and System Development Life Cycle Concepts
Experience working with IMS (Integrated Management Systems)
Experience working with Microsoft development technologies such as .Net core, MVC.Net, and C#. Angular is a plus
Working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture
Experience supporting the implementation of medium to large scale systems across multiple platforms
Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines across the enterprise
Solid understanding of technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices
Technical aptitude of multi ‐ tier and cross ‐ platform architectures across the enterprise
Understanding in the information technology landscape ‐ stretching from infrastructure, network, client, server, emerging technology standards and trends
Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Preferred
Knowledge of Automotive Parts Systems, Warehousing and Supply Chain is a plus
Experience working with Angular is a plus
