Senior Strategic Logistics Operations Integrator

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to align and integrate logistic policy and operations across US Special Operations Command Pacific, Joint Special Operations Command, Special Operations Command, and the Special Operations Low Intensity Conflict office
Analyze strategic guidance and define the future operating environment to build a future operating concept, particularly in contested environments
Convene subordinate commands and staff to operationalize the future concept and identify material, organizational, and policy gaps
Modernize the staff to integrate more efficiently with government and industry partners to rapidly close future concept gaps
Support significant concepts across the Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) for force modernization, leveraging advanced technologies such as AI/ML, Data, and UAVs
Pioneer novel information operations concepts that integrate perception, public affairs, CYBER, and SPACE capabilities in support of strategic objectives
Guide organizations through a design methodology that frames the problem, builds a strategy, reorganizes the team, and operationalizes the solution
Challenge elite institution's identity and culture to drive organizational change, as recognized by interagency and industry stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Special Operations, with a focus on crisis response, irregular warfare, and force modernization
Proven experience in leading Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, Multinational, and Commercial (JIIM-C) teams
Knowledge of data innovations empowering operational success
Experience planning and leading large-scale exercises and working groups focuses on INDOPACOM AOR
Expertise in operational design, special operations, irregular warfare, Indo Pacific Region, force modernization, and information operations
Strong background in talent acquisition and organizational transformation
Deliberate approach, trust, energy, bias for action, adaptability, and teaming
Advanced degrees in relevant fields (e.g., M.M.A.S. Theater Operations, M.S. Education)
TS/SCI security clearance
