Responsibilities

Respond to incoming inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues via phone or ticketing system

Perform daily, end-of-month, end-of-quarter and year-end computer operations tasks

Deploy, troubleshoot and/or configure endpoints, peripherals and banking equipment

Monitor systems and report exceptions and status to appropriate technology owner

Perform preventative maintenance routines, backups and alternate computer operations testing

Transfer data files and reports into a predefined repository

Create and maintain computer operations checklists and workflow diagrams

Maintain Service Desk policies, procedures and standards
