Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance products offered by our agency
Identify and assess clients' insurance needs through consultations and risk assessments
Provide clients with detailed information on available coverage options and assist them in selecting the best policies
Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency
Process new insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or in a similar sales role
