Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Owner for SAP Financial Services – Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD) capabilities
Partner closely with business stakeholders and Experience Owner to translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories aligned with product strategy
Lead backlog prioritization, grooming, and sprint planning for Agile teams
Ensure end-to-end solution design and delivery meets business and compliance requirements
Support ongoing SAP enhancements, integrations, and incident resolution across related modules
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and operational efficiency
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to cross-functional teams and leadership
Act as the bridge between IT and business, ensuring clarity, traceability, and timely delivery of commitments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP, with a strong focus on the FS-CD (Financial Services – Collections and Disbursements) module
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and manage product backlogs
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
