Responsibilities

Act as a lead compensation consultant to HR Business Partners and senior business leaders, identifying and implementing solutions that address complex organizational challenges and align with our compensation philosophy

Lead the development and implementation of competitive incentive programs—including sales and special incentive plans. Ensure effective communication, accurate administration, and ongoing evaluation of program success

Drive enterprise-level compensation projects and processes. Conduct market analyses and recommend updates to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry trends

Partner across compensation teams and global stakeholders to lead initiatives that span organizational boundaries

Develop and deliver compensation education for HR, leaders, and employees through formal training and one-on-one consultations. Create communication strategies for new or updated programs, including year-end compensation materials
