InternSierra Madre Golf is a recreational women’s apparel brand focused on creating confident and stylish products for women. They are seeking a Fashion Design Intern to gain hands-on experience in fashion design and product development, working closely with the Head of Design and Co-Founder.

Responsibilities
Support and observe the full product development process from initial design through bulk production
Create and update technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator
Assist with sourcing factories and communicating with overseas partners
Research fashion trends, fabrics, color palettes, and competitive market insights
Exposure to creating and updating tech packs
Accurately measure garments and record the specs in tech packs
Support updating product labels, care labels, and other product artwork
Analyze return feedback to help us spot trends, improve fit and functionality, and proactively identify potential bulk production issues
Assist in maintaining fabric, trim, and bulk approval libraries and keeping the design room organized
Qualification
Required
Passion for designing revolutionary women's athletic apparel
Hardworking student or recent graduate
Ability to commute to Boulder County
Support and observe the full product development process from initial design through bulk production
Create and update technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator
Assist with sourcing factories and communicating with overseas partners
Research fashion trends, fabrics, color palettes, and competitive market insights
