Responsibilities
Work with the business stakeholders to identify, document, and socialize business goals, objectives, and expected outcomes associated with the project
Engage with business subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather project needs and translate into business and functional documentation
Provide business process knowledge/best practices to our clients
Create reference manuals, training material, and other technical documents as required
Ability to translate business vision into defined and prioritized stories for the team backlog
Facilitate workshops and meetings
Create mockup forms/letters & map variable fields in documents to incoming data sources
Perform validation testing of changes to ensure test results meet expectations
Documented requirements related artifacts which align with design and deliver a successful build with minor defects
Qualification
Required

Expertise in various business analysis methodologies use case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation
Demonstrated sense of urgency, detailed documentation, flexibility, initiative, collaboration, transparency, technical savvy, communication skills
Experienced and eager team that is delivering consistently; a lot of pressure from a very demanding Program Sponsors to deliver on time
Documentation Agile, requirements elicitation, strong written and verbal communication skills
