F&M Trust is a financial institution that is seeking a Residential Mortgage Disclosure Specialist. This role involves preparing residential mortgage loan documents and providing support to loan officers and customers throughout the loan application process.

Responsibilities

Performing a variety of duties relating to the preparation of residential mortgage loan documents

Preparing all initial and revised disclosure documents in accordance with federal, state, and bank regulations policies and procedures

Providing the loan officer and customers with support and assistance relating to loan application packets

Required

A high school diploma or equivalent

Minimum two (2) years' experience with consumer and real estate lending/loan processing experience and related operations functions or equivalent combination in financial services and/or lending industry strongly preferred

Working knowledge of lending regulations and guidelines is also required

Must possess strong Excel, Word, and Outlook and be interested in using technology in the role

Highly attentive to details and organized

Flexible and adaptable to change

Ability to work independently
