Sonora Quest Laboratories is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between HR and client groups across several states. This role involves regular travel and focuses on building relationships and shaping workplace culture in smaller communities.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering tailored HR solutions

Lead people-related aspects of change management, organizational design, and other projects

Analyze data trends (engagement, turnover, etc.) and develop proactive strategies

Foster a high-performance culture that values morale, productivity, and retention

Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee relations

Conduct investigations and resolve workplace concerns with professionalism and care

Partner with Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development to ensure the right people are in the right roles

Support succession planning and career development for high-potential employees

Champion leadership programs and performance review cycles

Lead policy and process improvements with a focus on clarity and compliance

Collaborate with leaders to implement HR policies and regulatory standards

Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and contribute to organizational growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

5+ years of progressive HR experience demonstrating expanding scope and responsibility

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Valid Arizona driver's license

Preferred

PHR or SPHR certification

Master's degree in HR or Business
