Responsibilities

Provides technical leadership in the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-scale mobile application solutions
Responsible for defining application architecture
Leading technical requirements
Delivering complex mobile integrations that align with business objectives
Works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and maintain a mobile product roadmap
Mentoring junior developers
Serving as a subject-matter expert for mobile technologies across the organization
Contributes to testing and production support in a 24/7 environment
Ensures solutions meet performance, security, accessibility, and compliance standards while delivering a high-quality user experience

Required

+ 5+ years of enterprise-level software development experience
Strong mobile application development experience (iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native)
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, or .NET
Experience designing and implementing mobile application architecture
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux)
Strong understanding of Agile development practices and SDLC
Experience with source control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and support production applications
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or lead technical efforts
