Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to acquire and activate talent, ranging from software engineers to PhD level physicists and chemists
Manage performance across email, paid media, new job boards, and partnerships
Run experiments to uncover new growth levers and optimize ROI
Analyze campaign data and drive actionable insights
Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Growth teams to improve funnel performance

Qualification

Required

7-8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
Strong written and verbal communication, especially to review copy
Hands-on and enjoys being in the weeds with paid ads, and email automation tools
Analytical and data-driven, with strong experimentation skills
Creative, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in high-growth startups or marketplaces is a plus
Bonus: experience running large campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed job postings
