Responsibilities
Build and deploy production-grade AI systems, including LLM-driven pipelines, vector search, and RAG solutions
Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
Develop ML models using PyTorch and TensorFlow for prediction, personalization, and automation use cases
Implement AI safety measures, prompt engineering, and content filtering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, users, and clients to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows
Stay current with evolving trends in AI/ML research and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic)
Proven experience deploying AI systems in production
Strong knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to ramp up quickly and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Rails is a plus (not required)
