Responsibilities

Leading the delivery of Digital Engineering (DE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions for complex Energy and Resources projects

Developing and implementing digital strategies

Overseeing project execution

Ensuring ISO 19650 compliance

Driving innovation in digital project delivery

Overseeing multiple projects

Mentoring teams

Engaging with senior stakeholders

Managing project-specific digital deliverables

Supporting implementation across the project lifecycle

Qualification

BIM experienceISO 19650 complianceAutodesk tools proficiencyDigital strategies developmentProject managementMentoring teamsStakeholder engagementClash detection workflowsCDE setupCommunication skills

Required

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline

Experience in developing and managing key documentation such as EIR, AIR, PIR, and BEP

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Inventor, ACC)

Experience with coordination platforms like Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Power BI

Experience leading CDE setup, model federation, and clash detection workflows

Preferred

Professional certifications (or working towards) e.g. BIM Certifications, buildingSMART, PMP or equivalent
