Responsibilities
Supporting loan officers by assisting with loan applications
Gathering and verifying documentation
Ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements
Maintaining timely communication with clients
Preparing loan files for processing
Providing excellent customer service to address client inquiries and concerns
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of loan processes, experience working with Loan Officers, and understanding of the Mortgage Industry
Proficiency in Customer Service to provide effective support and resolve client concerns
Familiarity with Underwriting processes and documentation requirements
Strong verbal and written Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in mortgage or finance are advantageous
Preferred
Experience with lending software systems is a plus
