Responsibilities
Facilitate collaboration: Establish and facilitate a functional workgroup of enterprise creatives
Audit capabilities: Assess and map the existing creative technical capabilities within the organization
Identify gaps: Document technical pain points, needs, and growth opportunities
Research and benchmark: Analyze creative industry standards, best practices, and emerging technical capabilities
Strategic proposal: Identify priority areas and develop a proposal for future optimization and enhancement
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective
Report development and analytics
Project management – planning, execution, and measurement
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives
Job shadowing in other functional areas
Performing additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Must reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL
Interest in creative operations and technology trends
Strategic problem-solving
Business acumen
Design sensibilities, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking
Technical proficiency and functional knowledge of Adobe software and capabilities
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
