Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Manage project budgets, forecasting, and P&L to achieve financial targets

Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and client communications

Mentor and coach junior staff, serving as the technical and strategic leader

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve challenges and drive project success

Support business development efforts, including proposals, client meetings, and new opportunities

Utilize industry-standard tools such as CAD and Bluebeam for design and documentation

Minimal in-state travel to project sites
