The NetSuite Administrator champions the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the company’s NetSuite ERP platform
This role is vital for optimizing business operations, ensuring system integrity, and supporting organizational efficiency and growth
The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with the NetSuite Business Analyst and Development team to ensure NetSuite is leveraged effectively to meet organizational goals

Required

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization with third-party integrations (without developer responsibilities) in a manufacturing environment
Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining NetSuite ERP systems, including custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
Deep understanding of NetSuite administrative functions, including user management, role-based permissions, access controls, audit trails, and data governance for system stability and security
Proficiency in performance tuning using native NetSuite techniques (indexing, caching, optimization) for scalability and efficiency
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues by analyzing system logs, error messages, and performance metrics
NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified Administrator, NetSuite Certified Developer

Preferred

Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk and basic understanding of SuiteScript
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
