Responsibilities

Own the production calendar for the Newsletter Sponsorship Insider and the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, with the goal of consistent growth in newsletter subscribers and LinkedIn followers
Set up 2-3 qualified meetings per week. A qualified meeting is with a marketer who is already familiar with newsletter sponsorships and has at least a $5k/month budget available to test
Automate portions of the outreach on LinkedIn and Email
Identifying ICP prospects, crafting personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, X, Slack groups, and industry event apps, targeting a run-rate of 2-3 qualified meetings per week within your first 90 days
Coordinate marketing content production, including publishing the Newsletter Sponsorship Insider weekly, and 3x/week LinkedIn posts for the CEO
Coordinate attendance and meetings at 5-10 industry events per year
Submit articles and speaking proposals to industry events, publications, and podcasts, targeting 1-2 published per month
Researching ways to improve your efficiency and generate more qualified meetings, including automation, AI tools, new markets, etc

Required

Experience in generating qualified meetings with a focus on newsletter sponsorships
Ability to automate outreach processes on LinkedIn and Email
Strong skills in identifying ideal customer profile (ICP) prospects
Proficiency in crafting personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, X, Slack groups, and industry event apps
Experience in coordinating marketing content production
Ability to submit articles and speaking proposals to industry events, publications, and podcasts
Research skills to improve efficiency and generate more qualified meetings
Familiarity with tech stack including Airtable, HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Beehiiv, Kit, Fyxer.AI, Fathom, Notion, and Google Docs
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel within the US
