Reconcile credit balances
Validate refunds and resolve unaccounted funds
Investigate discrepancies between financial systems
Perform data entry and back-office tasks
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions
Qualification
Required
Experience in accounts receivable or cash posting
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data entry and financial systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Familiarity with Epic or similar systems
Experience in the healthcare industry
Strong communication skills
