Vice President Implementation
Virtual Incentives is a high-growth fintech company expanding rapidly into the enterprise market. They are hiring a Vice President of Implementation to evolve and lead their implementation organization, focusing on delivery excellence, program leadership, and people management.
Responsibilities
Lead and enhance VI’s enterprise implementation function
Own delivery outcomes for enterprise and strategic client launches
Build repeatable, enterprise-ready implementation processes and governance
Serve as executive sponsor for complex and high-visibility implementations
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Implementation Managers
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering
Define and track implementation metrics that support revenue growth, retention, and expansion
Qualification
Required
10–12+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, program management, or client delivery within consulting, SaaS, fintech, or technology companies
Proven experience building or maturing an implementation or delivery function
Experience leading enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
4+ years of people leadership experience
Strong program and project management expertise
Technical fluency to guide enterprise implementation discussions and translate between business and technical teams (not a hands-on technical role)
Experience operating in regulated or compliance-aware environments
Bachelor's degree required
