Serve as the chief administrator for the Office of Financial Services
Partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership to shape and implement financial policies
Ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen internal controls
Provide strategic and operational leadership across key functions including Budget, Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, and Medicaid
Collaborate with Human Resources and Position Control to support districtwide financial integrity
Lead and develop finance teams
Ensure consistent application of Board policies
Drive efficiencies and cost-effective practices across the district
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of progressive experience managing fiscal operations
Preferred
RTSBA or CPA
