Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the location's sanitation crew and supplies

Implement and maintain Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP's), based on corporate guidelines and statutory regulations

Coordinate with the Operations Manager and/or Maintenance Manager, to resolve Quality Assurance issues, and to oversee management of preventative maintenance programs

Handle the management of, and employee training for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), procedures and personnel safety

Communicate with chemical supplier and ensure proper chemical types and rates are used

Member of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) team

Special projects as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

At least 3 to 5 years previous work experience in a similar position

Good organizational and interpersonal skills
