Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design comprehensive D365 Supply Chain Management solutions
Lead the optimization/stabilization of D365 Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives
Customize and configure D365 to meet specific business needs, including workflows, reports, and dashboards
Integrate D365 with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
Provide training and support to end users, helping them understand and utilize D365 solutions effectively
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of D365 solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and managing D365 Supply Chain Management solutions
Proficiency in D365 Supply Chain modules, including inventory management, procurement, master planning and logistics
Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or similar certifications
Experience with Power BI/Power Platform
