Quality Compliance Manager

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to lead training compliance across the Foundry organization. This role focuses on ensuring proper employee training and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a training compliance framework aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
Ensure training plans exist for all roles and are updated as processes evolve
Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and support ISO audits with documentation and reporting
Monitor training completion, retraining requirements, and compliance gaps
Partner with department managers to identify training needs tied to new or updated procedures
Coordinate onboarding and retraining activities; enable content development without owning sole creation
Provide guidance to departmental trainers and ensure consistency in training practices
Administer and optimize training tracking tools, including Learning Management System (LMS) where applicable
Generate compliance reports for leadership, including completion rates and gaps
Use data to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
Identify opportunities to streamline training compliance processes as the organization scales
Collaborate with Quality and People & Culture teams to improve governance and reporting
Other job duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Operations, Human Resources, or related field
3 to 5 years in training compliance, Quality, or Operations within manufacturing or technology environments
Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance and audit support
Familiarity with LMS or training tracking systems
Strong understanding of quality systems and ISO standards
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and report compliance metrics
Effective communication and collaboration skills
