Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of 10 AP Specialists to ensure accuracy and productivity

Workflow Management: Oversee the processing of 8,000+ invoices weekly, ensuring timely payments and resolution of discrepancies

Approvals: Review and approve payment batches and individual invoice entries

Reconciliations: Perform complex vendor statement reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline high-volume workflows to support additional company growth

Reporting: Support the AP Manager with weekly financial reporting and department KPIs

Qualification

Required

Prior experience as an AP Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager is required

Proven ability to manage large-scale invoice processing (thousands weekly)

Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of reviewing and improving the work of others

Preferred

Proficiency in NetSuite and Bill.com is highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
