Responsibilities
Lead a multi-implementation program involving Allocation, Forecasting, Planning, and Pricing
Manage overall program scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Coordinate with Anaplan, stakeholders, business teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful execution
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking for the program
Facilitate integrations between Anaplan and other systems, ensuring smooth implementation
Collaborate with BI team (Snowflake data strategy) for data alignment and reporting needs
Prepare and present updates for steering committee meetings with executive leadership and VPs
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to program objectives
Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Program Manager in retail environments (retail experience is required)
Strong knowledge of planning, allocation, forecasting, and pricing processes
Executive presence and ability to interact confidently with senior leadership
Expertise in budgeting and vendor management
Ability to manage complex, multi-implementation programs with multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience coordinating technical integrations and business processes
Preferred
Familiarity with Anaplan or similar forecasting/planning tools
PMP or equivalent program/project management certification
