Customer Support Specialist
Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide quality service to customers by addressing inquiries related to myBlue, pharmacy, enrollment, billing, benefits, and claims. The role focuses on ensuring first call resolution and tailoring information to meet individual healthcare needs.
Responsibilities
Providing quality service to customers seeking direction, information or assistance
Conducting effective research on matters related to myBlue, pharmacy, enrollment, billing, benefits and claims inquiries
Ensuring first call resolution is achieved
Ensuring a connection is made with each customer interaction to assist the customer with their initial concern and provide information tailored to their individual healthcare needs
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree with at least a 3.0 GPA
Must have proficient computer skills and be able to successfully complete all levels of the call center training program
Excellent active listening skills in order to clearly understand members' issues
Must possess excellent communication skills to ensure a professional company image is projected at all times
