Responsibilities
Handle a mix of company-side and investor-side work, including venture financing rounds, growth equity transactions, and buy- and sell-side M&A
Work closely with CEOs, boards of directors, and fund principals, with responsibility increasing as experience grows
Play an active role in building and shaping a growing corporate practice
Contribute to practice development, team structure, and long-term growth strategy
Qualification
Required
Openings at the 1st-, 3rd-, and 6th-year associate levels
Opportunity to help build and shape a growing corporate practice
Focus on emerging growth companies, venture capital, growth equity, private equity, and M&A
Significant client contact and hands-on responsibility
Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday

Preferred
